RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Birdz.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. A 10$ fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and admin.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 15 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original condition with all tags attachedÂ
- You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

***FOR HOLIDAY SEASON***
Products at regular price purchased from November 1st can be returned until January 15th. Products has to meet criteria 2 and 3 above to be considered for return.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Birdz.
Please note that the shipping cost to return your package is NOT covered by BIRDZ. For your first order, we will deducted a flat fee of $15 on your refund to cover a part of the return shipping cost. All following orders will need to be return at your own cost. Simply go to a post office near you to get your package ship back.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
Refund
The refund will be proceed when we will received the products. Afterwards, please allow 5 to 10 business days for us to proceed the refund on your original payment form.
